BUDDY electrolyte powder is designed for the days when your body needs a little extra support: during exercise, in hot weather or whenever you sweat more than usual.
Each stick combines 300 mg potassium, 252 mg sodium and 56 mg magnesium in a sugar-free formula made with naturally derived ingredients and lightly sweetened with stevia.
Easy to take anywhere, the sticks fit neatly into a gym bag, pocket or suitcase. Simply mix one stick with 500 ml to 1 litre of water, depending on how intense you want the flavour to be.
Each box contains 10 sticks, available in two fresh and light flavours: Mint Lemon and Peach Citrus.
